In placing an order, you are asked to create an account or register. If you don’t create an account or register, you won’t be able to place an order or check out.

You can change the password through ‘Account Details’ in the ‘My Account’ menu.

All prices listed in the Product Menu section already include the applicable tax, which is 11% VAT.

To make Payment Confirmation, do it through the Confirm Payment menu by filling in the payment data. Consists of data Name, Phone Number, Order ID, Transfer Total, and also a photo of proof of transfer.

For proof of transfer, there are file provisions, PNG/JPG/JPEG/PDF with a size of no more than 2 MB.

If you want an installation process. Then you can select “With Installation” and our team will come to carry out the UPS installation process at your location.

Installation costs are carried out separately. The Admin team will contact you for details on shipping costs (if any) and installation.

If you don’t want an installation process, then you can choose “Without Installation”. Additional cost details sent by the Admin only contain shipping costs (and others) without any installation costs.

If you want the ordered goods to be delivered to your location. Then you can choose “Delivery”. Delivery Location is the location you input to the Web. If you want delivery to another location, then you can contact our SIERRA Admin Team.

Shipping costs are carried out separately. The Admin team will contact you for details on shipping and installation costs (if any).

If you choose “Self Pick-up”, then you can pick up the ordered goods directly at the port. Our SIERRA Admin Team will guide you until the ordered items are successfully picked up.

There are several order statuses that indicate the point of your order processing: Checking Payment, On Hold, Processing, and Completed.

Checking Payment, means that the payment has not been made or has been made but has not been recorded by the system so it must be checked manually by the admin. Contact the SIERRA admin team if your order status is still Pending Payment for up to 2 x 24 hours.

On Hold, meaning that the system has not recorded the payment so it must be checked manually by the admin. Contact the SIERRA admin team if your order status is still On Hold within 2 x 24 hours.

Processing, meaning that your payment has been verified by the admin and has entered the order process. Processing time is carried out no later than 2 months from status processing.

Completed, which means your order has been received and completed! Notify the SIERRA Admin team if there is a discrepancy in the product you received.

After you complete the Payment Confirmation form, the SIERRA Admin Team will check the transfer proof. During the process, the order status listed is “On-Hold”. If the order status changes to “Processing”, the SIERRA Admin Team has received proof of payment and continues the order to the next stage. Contact the SIERRA admin team if your order status is still On Hold within 2 x 24 hours.

Of course you can. If the product you receive is not in accordance with your order or there is a rejection of the product you receive, you can submit an exchange or refund with the terms and conditions that apply. You can submit problems or complaints to our SIERRA Admin team at the number below:
